Very satisfied

The car rental company is actually pretty good. They should have more confidence in Dacia. It's a large car, and even though the features are a bit lacking, it's still acceptable. The trunk can fit two 18-inch suitcases with some space left over. The driving experience is just average. The staff at the store are honest. I returned the car in a hurry, and the pre-authorization wasn't released yet. However, there were no upsells for insurance or anything when picking up the car. When I returned the car later than expected, I was in a rush to catch my flight. Nobody was there initially, which made me a bit anxious. But when I came back at the scheduled time, someone showed up and quickly checked the car. I'll be renting another car in a couple of days, so I will provide another review regarding the rental fees.

I rented a mini car 3 Doors but the GoldCar gave me a midium or economy Car and they Charged me twice for full insurance.

I paid for full insurance on easyrentcars but Goldcar sold me extra insurance. I paid 17$ during reservation and nearly 30$ to gold car during take-off. They told if any thing happens to car ı have to pay it before drop-off.

When I dropdropped the car, I told to staff Mr Emre , could you please check the car very well I've got something in car. My special water bottle. It's cost me £35.00 But he didn't. Also he saw I've lot's of stuff and he never offer me to help or give me a lift airport . That's unacceptable.
