The car pickup process with Cizgi Rent a Car was very smooth; it only took half an hour to get the car.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The car was in great condition, but it came with an empty tank, which was a hassle as I had to find a gas station right after picking it up. Plus, when returning the car, it's hard to use up all the fuel, so renters tend to lose out a bit. It would be better if they provided the car with a full tank and required it to be returned full.
