Picked up two brand new Benz Vito cars from the airport with friends, no issues at all. The paperwork and car pickup process were quick, and there's a shuttle from the counter to the parking lot every 10 minutes. The pickup and return procedures were explained in detail, and no language issues as everything was communicated in English. Upon returning the car, there were some scratches on the rims and we were informed there would be compensation. They said the damage department would assess and deduct the cost from the credit card used for the reservation, and send the detailed bill to the provided email. It took about 7 business days to receive the charge information, which was split into two transactions. However, even after returning to my home country, I hadn't received the detailed email from the rental company and had to request it myself. This was a bit unsatisfactory.

Longest queues at Geneva airport. Car seat straps all tangled and staff couldn’t help for ‘safety reasons’. Took over 30 mins just to sort that out All car hire is in a busy multi storey car park with no space and no toilets
