Pick up was fine. However when u drop off, record go will look for damage meticulously, even if not visible to naked car, they want a claim. They will try and make out dirt is damage. So be careful take pictures of any scruffs and dents and even the smallest scratches.

Overall very good, the car was in great condition. I got an MG SUV, and there was a no-liability insurance included automatically. If you don't need it, keep an eye out. I thought it was part of the deposit, but it's acceptable.

The car was great. The staff was inefficient. They didn't accompany us for the car inspection, but after we found some damage, they upgraded our car for free. We were also forced to buy a full tank of gas. However, after returning the car with a full tank, they refunded the full amount, and even refunded a bit more by mistake.
