Car missing black casing left outside mirror (but mirror functional), left back tire @ 20lbs!

The counter is relatively small, but the service is good.

Initially given a 7-seater MPV, which was too large. After repeated requests, they switched to the Nissan SUV I originally booked, but the fuel tank was less than half full. I returned it at the same level. Normally, it's full tank when picking up and returning the car, which made me a bit uneasy. The pick-up and drop-off point was a bit far from the airport, but the shuttle bus took only 7 minutes, which was quite convenient.

We had a car that only had 2,000 km on it. Car was clean and ran great

The staff at Routes were excellent - friendly and efficient. The ideal rental company.

Driver from airport made quite disturbing comments about people’s race and seemed to very much dislike anyone from Toronto. It was uncomfortable being with him in the pickup and return vehicle. Also, car wasn’t washed and there was quite a bit of damage that wasn’t recorded until I pointed it out. Construction at the Routes site was terrible and driver did not ask to help with the bags even though the gravel made luggage wheels unusable.
