The location is easy to find. The store is on the basement level, and the car is parked by the roadside near the store entrance. The pickup process is very quick. The car rental manager is helpful, and basic English is sufficient for communication. You can purchase full insurance on-site, otherwise, in case of an accident, you would need to pay upfront and claim reimbursement later. If the fuel level is lower than at pickup, it's 10 MYR per missing bar. For returning the car, note that you need to circle around and approach from the right-hand side of the one-way street near Starbucks.

Car was as promised, although proton saga did not have many premium features, everything worked well. Bluetooth available.

They coordinated both pickup and dropoff in advance and provided a TNG card.

Very smooth transaction. Service personnel was punctual and waited for us even though we got delayed at immigration.
