Penalty for the gas (half tank instead of 3/4) was very high

I accepted the offer of a jeep and didn't realize how rough the suspension was. No fault of the staff, maybe a friendly warning would have been helpful.

Car rental pick-up instructions should be provided in more details in the reservation email confirmation.

I found Easyrentcars.com by accident. I recommend that the company must advertise more aggressively.

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.

Routes offered the cheapest option to rent in the O'hare area. There was a shuttle that went from the rental car area to Routes itself. Be prepared for the additional 10-15 minute wait. Once everyone who was on the shuttle gets to Routes, the line takes a while to die down. It took me about 20 minutes to get to the counter once I arrived. They also charged $400 as a security deposit which I was not aware of at the time. Besides the wait, I would still use Routes for business car rental for the price and availability.

Smooth process, reservation was confirmed quickly. Would use again!
