I’d already filled out all the paperwork online before the trip, so when I got there it was super easy—just picked up the keys and went to the assigned spot to drive off myself. Since I’d bought full coverage in advance, the staff even reminded me there was no need to buy extra insurance on the spot. They said I could check the car if I wanted, but it really wasn’t necessary because everything was covered.

Overall a pretty good rental experience. Picking up the car and driving it during the trip was smooth. We did have one accident on the road, but once we contacted the rental company, their customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement car for us without much hassle. Everything was handled efficiently and clearly, and it barely affected the rest of our journey. All in all, we were quite satisfied.
