Convenient process and top rate vehicle

Routes was able to get me a very nice SUV to use for the two weeks that I was back home visiting family. And when I needed to book a few extra days, they made the process extremely easy.

QEEQ allowed me to get a great deal on a rental vehicle. As always, super easy and convenient.

This is my sixth or seventh time renting through Easyrentcars and the process has been flawless as always.

They are amazing, they gave me a free upgrade as they had a jeep available.

The transfer from airport was good, but the pick-up process in the office was very poor. It took too long and communication was not good. We were totally confused by the directions given which we thought included the toll road into Toronto. When we happened to see a notice about the penalties for using the toll road, we were then told that that the instructions were NOT to use the toll road. We then decided to add a GPS which meant a further delay and a change of vehicle.

Like: Friendly staff with professional approach, explained everything required some helpful tips about the toll highway. Drop off was smooth.
