Waiting long time for shuttle pick up and the driver wasn’t helpful at all with my luggage

Our flight was cancelled and then delayed. We booked the car to pick up at 8am, but need to delay the pick up to 6:40pm on the same day. We couldn't contact Routes to deferred the pickup time. It was stressful initially not knowing if they will keep our booking or still charge as no show. Otherwise, we are happy with the condition of the car.

I contacted QEEQ help lines couple times, they have been helpful.

Terrible service. Spent over 1.5 hours to pick up the car. Car was reserved for 9am and paid for, I went there at noon and still the car was not available. I had to drive with them to the pick up lot 15 minutes away to collect the car. On reaching there, the first car had a flat tire and they gave us another car. They also charged for extra KM when the booking page said 3500KM included. It was a terrible experience.
