This was the worst car rental experience i ever had in my life.

Counter staff took a while to get the car they seemed unorganized I had to wait 45 mins while my car was being “cleaned” even though my pickup was supposed to be 10am.

routes staff are not honest,,my wife unfortunately forgotten her wallet when we returned car,,no body informed us infact they denied for 2 days,and when we threatens for police complains they suddenly found the wallet and that too given us when we reach there office. worse thiings they have stollen the money from the wallet..dishonest people

Car was good, line up at pick up was very long, vehicles were not available. It took me close to 2-3 hrs for pick up

I had a fantastic experience here. Very fast service, not the most friendly but I would rather quicker service anyway! The shuttle bus worked very well and ran every 15 minutes, only took 5 mins to get to the terminal. I had a lovely brand new car. Booked economy size (voucher stated Toyota Yaris hatchback or similar) and received a huge Kia Forte sedan! It was great :-) No unexpected extras, would definitely rent here again

At pickup I was asked if I had rental insurance and there has been no other car rental company that has ever requested this additional information. I had to call in to my insurance company as I did not have the right paperwork to prove this to the Customer Service Rep. She stated that this requested is on the website but I still have yet to find it and she wasn't able to direct me to that particular request.
