Very disappointed

Advantage was horrible. They charged us $250 more for a bigger van and we waited over three hours with two very young boys. Who do I contact to get my money back?

Not enough staff at pick up. The counter people were great, but; Support staff seemed dis-engaged and unorganized. Rather than explain the details to each customer, maybe it would be good for everyone waiting in line to be reading the general terms and sign a terms contract based on what they read while waiting. This could cut the wait time in half or more.

Car was what was expected counter staff were friendly and easy to deal with, better than other car rental experiences.

We received a superior car to what we actually booked. Advantage stayed open 2 hours late in order to facilitate our late flight and its clients. Exceptional customer service!
