The service was quick and friendly at the domestic arrival hall. The car was almost new, a seven-seater diesel similar to a Toyota Prado, with only about 10,000 kilometers on it. Fuel-efficient with plenty of space.

The counter is very difficult to get to. From the Int'l terminal you have to walk to the domestic terminal. When you get there you have to go through the usual baggage scanning procedure to get in, you then need to walk to secure area exit door (the counter is in the domestic terminal air side area) the guard will then check your car reservation details and let you use the airport staff entrance which means even though its only 20-30 meters from the first scan you need go through the whole scanning exercise yet again (my tip is that if you are travelling with others you get one of them to wait outside the terminal with all your baggage). Once you gone through all that hassle its then clear sailing to get the car.

Two thumbs up. Good experience from pickup to dropoff. Super friendly staff and good rental rate too. Definitely using them again the next time we visit Phuket

What I loved is that Chic Car Rent gave us an upgrade. Gave us a very nice car in top condition. What was a bit cumbersome was the pick up process. Because we had to wait for someone to pick us up from the international terminal to go to the domestic terminal and do formalities. The pick up process took a lot of time. More than half hour. But, the officials at the Chic Car Rent were very nice people and very helpful and courteous. So, overall I am quite happy. Just pick up process time needs to be reduced.

Very nice. No complaints whatsoever. I cancelled one booking to rebook at some other time slot. And the refund was processed in 1 day flat. That was like wow. I never expected such an amazing speed of refund. You guys are amazing...Everything else was also good. Ease of booking, the choices, the price offered. Just too good. Am very happy with ERC.
