I thought we were going to get an old, 5-seat compact car. What we ended up with was a Nissan Qashqai SUV with leather seats, lots of room, and GPS navigation. Plus, the car had only 7,000km on it! So it was brand new! It was an excellent car and was great for driving in the mountains.

The car pickup process was smooth, mainly because I had all the necessary documents ready: passport, credit card, and a translated driver's license. It was done very quickly. Considering my long rental duration, they gave me a brand-new car with less than 8,000 kilometers on it. Returning the car was also very convenient. It was at the train station; I parked in the small square in front of the station, and the staff took pictures, signed the paperwork, and drove the car away.

Rented the car at Geneva Airport location. The service was pretty good, and there weren't many people when picking up or returning the car. They didn't push to sell insurance, and the procedures were quick and easy. When returning the car, there were some scratches, but they only charged 85 euros, which was quite reasonable and not overcharged. They were also very friendly and even allowed us to use the employees' restroom.
