ABBYROAD.

An easy and quick process to pick up and drop off the car. At the counter the staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Was able to find a great bargain for a rental, thank you Easyrentcars!

The 70 € received for the fuel deposit was not returned.

Very helpful and they were trying their best even in a very busy pick up time. All good!

I ordered Toyota Aygo, but we got Fiat Punto. At the office they told us that the Toyotas were finished, but I just wonder why they offer the car for rent, if they do not have it? i do not like Fiat Punto, Iwanted Toyota Aygo, but I did not get it, which was a problem for me, as Fiat was a very weak car and not with the characteristics of Toyota, no matter what upgrade it might be!

We had a horrible experience with Abbycar. The first car that we would get had sit belts broken so they gave us a worst and smaller car that overheated in the middle of the trip. The worst was one specific staff that was rude saying things as “shame on you”, “ I am not crazy”, “ “You are calling me a sico path”. When we were just asking regarding an extension for the drop off. This specific staff was not only rude with us but with their own staff. I will not use Abbycar again if that is the service that they are providing.

Quick and easy.
