Handling the process was super convenient—quick and simple! Even though we didn't speak the same language, using a translation app made communication seamless. The staff were incredibly patient and helped us sort everything out.

Staff were professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I asked about insurance and once they saw I’d already bought full coverage through QEEQ, they didn’t try to upsell anything, just explained that I’d need to pay upfront if anything happened and claim later. The car itself was so-so, with quite a few scratches, old tires, and it wasn’t very clean. They specifically reminded us to keep it clean or they’d charge a €100 cleaning fee.

The lady at the counter when we picked up the car was super friendly and spoke great English. She mentioned insurance but never tried to hard-sell it. The car was almost brand new and in excellent condition. The guy who handled our return was a bit awkward and quiet, probably because his English wasn’t as good so communication wasn’t as smooth. The branch isn’t at the airport, so you need to call them to arrange a pickup.

Super good value – low price, full access, and the car was in great condition. Just over 100 a day, honestly feels like a total steal, and they refunded the deposit the same day.

Service was fine, no complaints there. But the fuel gauge on the car was faulty… still waiting to see how they handle it!
