Booking was very easy the rest was a major hassle and we will never rent from there again

We switched to another car halfway through, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Both pickup and return processes were quick without any upselling. A very cost-effective company.

I knew pretty much what I would get and that is what we got. The price was over $200 cheaper than any other company. I knew it was off site and I knew I would need proof of insurance so picking up the vehicle went smoothly. The car was not very clean and was a very base model. The lady at pick up was kind of rude. They said we had to return the car vacuumed out, which I wasn't told at the beginning, but the manager waived that so it all worked out fine in the end. I would use them again for the amount we saved since that was our top priority.

I had a great experience with Easyrentcars.com. Everything went as expected

the vehicle though a 2019 made some noise. Other than that it was ok

Booked a small car and got an unwelcome behemoth gas guzzler
