The place is remote. Little cumbersome to pick up and drop off. Staff are business like and not friendly. My car was not given with full tank and I returned it with same level but I expected fuel to be full when I picked up. They don't give the vehicle check list to you so you have no idea what's written on it

Counter staff took a while to get the car they seemed unorganized I had to wait 45 mins while my car was being “cleaned” even though my pickup was supposed to be 10am.

“Got Brand New Car.”

I got upgraded to brand new Wrangler Jeep that only 16 miles odometer. The problem was this car had 3600 cc engine and fuel wasteful. The stability and comfortable also less compare with Nissan Rogue. We got car with almost empty tank might be because of car just sent out from dealer. The price is good and Routes didn't push me to buy additional insurence and else.

We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times. Staff was helpful and cheerful at all times.
