Satisfied, the price is affordable, no deposit required, and both pickup and drop-off were very quick.

I am very satisfied with the overall service. The customer service arrived within five minutes of contacting the information counter. The parking lot is right across from Gate 3 of Phuket Domestic Terminal, very close, and staffed at all times. After returning the car, the staff even took us to the International Terminal. The extra cost for a delayed return is transparent.

Request for extension before the original return day by phone call. Extension amount was agreed by both party. However, extra cost was charged when returning the car due to staff weakness of understanding English. Very disappointed to the staff at the front desk.

Very smooth transaction from collect and return the car . Car in superb condition. Friendly staff .
