The car which was rented to us was not a very good replacement.

I didn’t know that non holding australian driver license can’t buy the premium insurance to decrease the excess fee to zero. That is terrible. Look like scammer.

Highly disappointed with Aucar. Car stank of cigarette smoke, despite the no smoking sign, the car was in very very poor condition with bumps and scratches, and the extra fee ($15) for going through tolls was just unnecessary and too large. Will not book through again.

Maybe for AUCars to have a fixed meeting spot for the shuttle. The text just had a number to call. The problem was the heavy accent of the person I called and I called them in the noisey environment of the airport. Maybe in the text nominate the meet spot. The shuttle also needed to be identified maybe two magnetic signs in door of shuttle. Other than that rental was great and staff at AU cars were courteous.
