“I got a smaller car than I reserved.”

I reserved a Impala or equivalent size car. First of all, the counter asked me to get a larger car with extra money, so I said no. Then, the counter kept refreshing the monitor to hold a car. It took more than 20 min. to get me a Rav4. I had to accept the car. The space is smaller than Chevy Impala, but could not wait more due to 2 little girls.

On the contract, it says shuttle runs but it did not. I waited more than an hour and called the local office several times but no one answered. I called a representative she said she called the local office and said no shuttle is available. What a terrible is this.
