All in all god value for what it was. Was few times cheaper then other providers.

Yes the car was fine from begeening,I book for a economy but I upgrade at the rental place to bigger and I don't regret.Only think suuggest I left is a small wallet with changes ,but maybe will back to me ,if someone found.Overall very well and good company,compare where I rent in Krakow Airport ,where you drop -off vehicle and nobody check in ,and then you pay for a damage ,because someone damage.

The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing, after 11 hours flying with 2 little kids it took about 30 minutes to get my car, plus it was long way to walk to the car with my suitcases and 2 kids. It was very weird that I had to pay to clean the car.

The car was damaged a lot all around which is increasing the risk not notice some of them and when you return it to be charged for damage like i had before with them and got charged for 200 pounds. The other thing is that they charge me 20 euro for washing which for Poland is too much.

Things I didn't appreciate (actually I was very upset about them) with Green Motion are? 1. Long list of damages an price list to review and accept 2. Expactation that I will prepay for cal wash or I will do it before droping off !!!! 3. Tank wasnt full and expectation that I will match the same fule level at drop off.

The car was excellent and clean. The service was good when I picked up the car. The only problem I had was at the pick up I was supposed to bring a credit card with my name on it which I don't possess so my wife brought one but they would not accept it. I had to pay an extra £71.76 because I don't have a credit card, I thought this was a bit excessive, They also took a bond of £754 on my Debit card which they held onto for 10 days. It ended up not so cheap a rental
