As soon as we came out, we saw the staff holding a sign waiting for us. Very good service.

The rental company was fine. Although the staff member spoke English, picking up and returning the car was still quick.

I didn't get insurance oversell as I saw happened to other people. The car is pretty OK for the budget and very gas efficient. The pick-up is pretty smooth and easy to find, but the drop-off took a bit time primarily due to early morning (7:30am) and busy rental car drop-offs. Overall, very good for the budget

The car was not safe for rental, horn did not work, steering was horrendous and the car would not start if it was raining. I will never use EPTA again and would give a lower rating if I could.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. One of the staff members was almost threatening and I was about to call the police. Vehicle in shabby condition damaged and dented exterior and shabby interior. AC hardly working despite engine running for 35 min. I was blackmailed into accepting an ‘upgrade’ to a vehicle of exactly the same spec but newer and with a working AC but was charged extra in cash. Second driver not added as per booking.
