The staff at the pickup location was very enthusiastic. It was my first time driving, and they even took a short ride with me to explain the precautions.

Very satisfied. The car had 80,000 kilometers, but it was almost spotless, in good condition, and reasonably priced.

The agent at collection gave excellent service, thoroughly checking the car for damage by using a video and gave advice on parking and petrol stations on the island. Easy handover at the end.

Very easy process.

Not the car I booked but suitable alternative. Clean car and good condition. They did take an extra RM 100 deposit which was not expected but this was returned. Lots of scratches and cosmetic damage on the car before handover not all of which were on the handover form. Needed to spend time going through them and filming them as not fully documented on the form and it would be easy for Samavest to say these were caused by me

Good system and good response However, the price drop monitor - not sure if this is a true reflection of a price drop and re booking

The services are excellent. Staff was meeting me at arrival after the luggage checked by custom. Simple but with details for car hand over to me. Drop off time was accomodated to my time. Very polite staff.
