Goldcar always try to sell extra option and sometimes you can't refuse of them. last time it was service of fuel refill and i couldn't rent car without this service. This time it was the pick-up location. Although as said in booking terms pick-up location is in the airport but you need to pay 20 euro for that. otherwise you have to go to other parking about an hour by yourself. And they charged me for the last rent which was 1,5 years ago for empty fuel tank returning, although i always return the car, refilling full. They didn't show any evidence, fotos.

We ordered FIAT 500L and finally we take Peugeot 308 - but car was almost new (11.000 km) and there was enough space for 4 people with luggage. During pick-up was a queue and it takes more than 30 minutes to get the car. Returning the car was faster -about 20 minutes, inspection was fast too.

The car was quite new but it has a few scratches which was not marked on the rented document so I had to make the staff aware of it

The prices quoted by Easyrentcars are very competitive so I tend to go with them hiring the car from Easyrentcars.

“customer service at Pisa airport through Goldcar was very bad.”

Counter lady was quite rude. Tried to sell me more insurance. Told me I couldn't possibly have insurance as they own the cars so how could anyone else insure them! when she realised I wan't buying more insurance she almost threw the keys at me. Did't tell me where or how to collect car. Pisa airport rental cars are either a bus ride or long walk to collect. She gave me no information and I had to find all this out myself. Appalling service.
