Service was standard. They should remind customers to take photos of the entire car as a record. The car was relatively old. Thankfully, we took photos of all the scratches before, otherwise the staff asked us for proof photos when returning the car because of a scratch.

Very satisfied! The car was slightly old and the key battery seemed dead, but they quickly came after I called and resolved it by replacing the battery.

The car was filthy (not washed or cleaned) upon collection, brakes barely worked, was making a helluva noise, and the icing on the cake was when the cockroaches came out to play when dusk dawned upon the island of Langkawi. Although I appreciated their company, the uninvited guests in my rented car were most unwelcome. Is there a way you can streamline your partners or ensure they provide cars that are decent in condition?!

The car rental experience was exceptional. Before me reaching the Airport the provider contacted me promptly and was waiting at the landmark. Car was delivered right in front of Arrival gate at the Airport & explained the procedure. Car fuel was full & the vehicle was in good condition. He helped me by sharing the Gas station location and any queries I had. Even during the drop, it was Hazle free! Car was like my own for the 4 days I booked. I'll definitely use this service next time when needed without any doubt.

Our flight arrival was delayed 1.5hr, due to bad weather,Counter meet up staff was patience and even allow us to drop off 1.5 later than when booking was made. Thanks a million.
