The car rental company is quite good. The pick-up and drop-off process was very quick, and they didn't try to upsell any extra insurance.

Quick and efficient car pickup and return process

There were two staff members handling the process after queueing for a number ticket. Compared to bigger car rental companies, it's a bit lacking, but overall it's okay.

Simple process

It was okay. The staff said the car was too small for four people, so we paid extra to get a larger four-wheel drive.

Good communication overall. Even if you buy insurance, the staff will recommend additional insurance but won’t push it. Online insurance requires you to pay upfront and then seek reimbursement from a domestic insurance company. For convenience, it's better to buy insurance at the store. Get a number upon arrival and wait for your turn.
