Effective March 2, 2016, Alamo Rent A Car will be in the new Consolidated Rental Car Facility at the Oklahoma City Airport. There will be consolidated bus service from the terminal to the rental car facility. Follow the ground transportation signs, exit the terminal to the Shuttle Bus area. When you arrive at the Consolidated Car Rental Facility proceed to the Alamo counter located on the South side of the Car Rental Facility to have your rental agreement processed.Self service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

COUNTER: Follow the ground transportation signs; exit the terminal to the airport shuttle bus area. The airport shuttle bus will take you to the Consolidated Car Rental facility then proceed to the Budget counter. CARS: Located at the Consolidated Car Rental facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Between 8pm and 4am make note of the miles and fuel level and take the keys and contract to the counter. If the counter is unattended, place the keys in the drop box located at the far end of the counter. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

Took three attempts to find me a car. That's three times I was sent to walk to the parking lot (in the freezing cold night) and back to the office. Took nearly an hour to get the car. Gas tank not full, 5 miles after leaving the parking lot the needle moved off full, so probably a gallon

Fantastic. Went to pickup and able to quickly grab car and was able to choose a vehicle of my choice. Had a Chevrolet Malibu which I was very impressed with. Great easy car to drive being by myself. Great experience that didn’t have any surprises.

Like: Fast, great service
Dislike: No attendant in parking lot to check car out or in. Mileage was wrong on contract so had to spend time taking photos and call in to the 1-800 # to make sure everything would be ok.

Like: Vehicle was 2018 Mitsubishi SUV. Only 3000+miles, clean, inside and out. Staff was efficient and immediately exchanged to different vehicle when first car was found to have problem with key fob. Second time with Advantage; best price with great vehicles. Will be back
Dislike: check vehicles for any problem before giving to client to save time and reassignment. I was ok with it but others may be upset.
