I was pleasantly surprised with the cost

Navigated to the return point, and the staff immediately came to confirm. After leaving the keys, you can directly take the shuttle bus to the airport. It takes less than three minutes to leave the dealership and head to the airport. Very convenient, great experience every time.

The pickup and drop-off process went smoothly, and the shuttle service was great. Very smooth and satisfactory.

Quick processing.

Staff tired my card my bank did not allow the payment. I called my bank they said i can try again they will authorise it now, but staff at counter said he can not do it for next 24 hrs as this is system restriction of Dollar that it will not allow the same card to be used till 24hrs are lapsed. He advised to get a car from next counter. I was waiting and he went off duty during this time I went to the counter and next person processed and used the same card. the first person did not even try again despite my frequent requests.

Lady behind the counter told the man in front of us he needed to buy insurance and he refused saying it was included. When it was our turn we were told we weren't covered by any insurance and to buy some through dollar, I refused. She then offered to prepay for fuel even though that was already included through easyrentcars. When she actually processed the booking she couldn't avoid the fact it said that insurance was included that she tried to pretend wasn't there. The cars in our section were all old and there was only about 3-4 of them. Would never go through Dollar again.
