Overall pretty good. They did try to upsell their own insurance at first, but once I told them I’d already bought QEEQ’s coverage, they stopped pushing it.

There is a shuttle bus, about 10 minutes to the car rental shop. The vehicle had 12,000 km on it and was great to drive. However, I don't recommend using Google Maps for navigation as the ramp directions after freeway exits are very confusing.
