The staff were lovely and even offered us an umbrella to keep in the car as rain was forecast. The Mercedes car we booked was involved in an accident a couple of days before we arrived but we were notified in advance and adequate replacement was provided with fuel included. It was refreshing not to deal with the big corporate rental companies.

The only thing I like is the car. We got the car as expected. The Chinese staffs, though they are not rude, got attitude. The YESAWAY counter is not inside the airport, you need a pick-up and drop-off service from them.

The rental location is actually close about 1 km from the airport so can be walked if easily if you dont have large luggage. Had a great experience with Yesaway, called on arrival and shuttle arrive within 5 mins. Arrive at office and the process was easy and quick, staff explained the agreement, sign a few papers and I got the car a few mins later, was clean and had an umbrella, charger and phone holder for use. Return was easy as well, a quick inspection of the car and we were on the way to the airport. Overall, great customer service, amazing value as well and car in great condition.

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.
