Zoom Rent A Car is an offsite Vehicle Rental Agency located at 5945 Dixie Rd in Mississauga Ontario. Please call us for our free Airport shuttle service if required at 905-670-7368 or 1-888-317-9666. Please note, the shuttle service is only offered within Business hours. From Terminal 1: Take the escalators to door C and to level 2, Take the LINK train to Viscount Station and proceed to the ground level. There is a courtesy phone inside Viscount Station if needed. From Terminal 3: Take the elevator at door D to level 3. Take the LINK train to Viscount Station and proceed to the ground level. There is a courtesy phone inside Viscount Station if needed.

    The company promised to pick us up in 15 minutes, but it took more like 25. Then they're about 15 minutes from the airport. The car was not particularly clean. At drop-off, we waited about half an hour before anybody could talk with us. Meanwhile, I noticed they were renting cars to the next customers without even cleaning them!

    Hidden daily insurance fee of 8.99 despite having a separate car insurance from my credit card. Zoom is located over 10km from the airport - location misleading and very inconvenient. After our drop off we were refused a shuttle back to the airport as it was too late, we needed to pay additional 20$ for transport back to yyz. Overall with all the additional cost and inconvenience I will never use zoom again and will spread the word amongst my friends and family

    I'm not entirely happy about the $500 on my credit card. There was a hold put on the card for $5000, so why the additional charge of $500 that will be 'reversed' in the next few weeks. A few weeks?? No doubt that $500 went into an investment account somewhere to make Zoom some extra money, which again - doesn't make me happy. I'm not a bank.

    Forced to buy additional insurance for the first time - I rent frequently with other companies and have never had this problem before. Was also charged extra for extra milage, despite not driving much over my rental. Additional charges doubled the cost of the rental. BEWARE!

    We will NEVER use Zoom again. 1-The rental car company is far from the airport. 2-The check-in was very long. 3-The staff seems very dishonest as they are now trying to charge us for a small scratch that we never did whilst the whole car has dents and scratches all around it. Very dishonest and unprofessional. We wonder how many others they have done the same thing to. We also saw them charging foreigners who could not communicate well in English very high extra fees for odd things. EasyRentCars should not do business with them.
