No I didn't receive the jeep that was made with our reservation. The line was horrible and they only had 7 vehicles left when we got there. They said it didn't matter if we all had reservations or not and that their policy is first come first serve. It was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. I will NOT ever or refer Fox Rental to anyone!!!!!

Clerk "Evley" is one of the rudest persons I have ever dealt with. Thinks he knows it all when I showed him he didn't he still wanted to argue. Wouldn't help us until he heard me calling help line at 130 in the morning and I left it on speaker so he could hear that Easy rentals was also FOX. Thought us being stranded was the funniest thing.

I felt that the counter help was not overly friendly and neither was the manager. They tried to push a minivan on me and when I declined I was offered a Mitsubishi Outlander which is no where the same size as a Ford Explorer. They told me this was all they had available. When returning the vehicle on Friday I left my SunPass attached to the window. When i realized it I went back down to get it and I as told from the manager (same one as pickup) that he was unable to retrieve it until Monday. He didn’t even bother looking or checking with anyone else to see if they had removed it. I would never rent from them again.

Thalia or whatever her name is at the counter that was working on Friday May 3rd at 9:30am is HORRIBLE ! She lacks manners, very RUDE &disrespectful. It was a terrible experience .. I WILL NEVER use this company again... Nor your service! I thought I was saving money, but the price at the counter was $185, not the $217 you'll charged me... No savings there!! But mostly an hour and a half wait for a rental was over the top! Our flight was only an hour and 20 minutes.. I don't know what Fox's problem was, but it was crappy service!!

Fox didn't have the car I booked nor a similar car. They give me a smaller size, when I questioned the agent, he became unfriendly. When I went to pick up the car, I saw 2 cars of the model that I booked, but they told me those cars are not ready!!. the condition of the car they give me was terrible, mechanically, the smell, and it did'nt have floor mats, with a hole on the driver side floor. very bad experience.

The car had auto locks but they provided no FOB so I had to manually lock and unloack the car for the duration. Long line at Tampa to pick up. Two of the four employees were chatting so much that only the other two were actually getting customers in and out of there. Less talking.. more working would be a huge benefit!

Fox needs to hire more customer service agents. Every time I have had to call them, I have been on hold for hours. They overcharged me from the amount quoted but after being on hold forever, I finally got the RUDEST customer service girl I have ever talked with. Fox pushed to up sell when processing us through by having the agent say we needed to purchase $12.99 per day for the electronic highway toll pass while driving in Florida. The agent said there were no longer any cash toll booths on any toll highway. This was not true… We declined and we’re nervous about the tolls, after researching the issue and using cash toll booths we felt a lot better about it.
