Our English is not very good, but the front desk staff was very friendly and helped us complete all the rental procedures. Their attitude was excellent, and this company is trustworthy.

The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

The wait time for picking up the car was too long. QEEQ doesn't allow advance registration for Fast Break. Budget's prices are relatively affordable, so the wait time tends to be longer. It's recommended to align the car rental time with the flight arrival time, as the wait is typically about half an hour.

The car itself was good, and the rental process was very easy and straightforward. There were only small dents and scratches on the bodywork, but nothing major that affected its performance. However, the USB port for connecting to Apple CarPlay didn't work properly, which was quite inconvenient. Everything went well with the car, but when I returned it, I was charged an extra 50$ for fuel, even though the tank was full. I've tried to get a refund, but so far, no luck. This is very annoying and has been the most frustrating part of the experience. Overall, the car and the rental process were fine, but the extra charge and the difficulty in resolving it leave a bad impression.

The service quality varies by location. Miami was excellent, but in LA it was poor and they charged extra fees.

THEY ADD EXTRA CHARGES ON GAS AND ADDITIONAL DRIVER

They charge me toll package .that i avoid all my trips And charge me pre paid fuel ,I drop off the car with full gas . That i am remember i not a agree for If i paid for something why I am not use it and why i drop off the car with full They provide letter i am not sigh in it . I am all the time rent cars without two services It is last time with budget
