Not satisfactory, ripped off!!

The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

They charge me toll package .that i avoid all my trips And charge me pre paid fuel ,I drop off the car with full gas . That i am remember i not a agree for If i paid for something why I am not use it and why i drop off the car with full They provide letter i am not sigh in it . I am all the time rent cars without two services It is last time with budget

Collection process is too slow, staff have to input far too much information into their computer systems. It’s more about who we were rather than the car. As we have already done so much of it online it felt like too much duplication

Kept us very well informed, easy to book process and customer services were very helpful when we had to change a booking
