Super quick processing. They just mentioned the extra insurance without pushing me to buy it.

They gave us a very new car with a huge trunk—easily fit 4 large suitcases. It was great to drive, and both pick-up and drop-off were super straightforward with no hard selling or hidden charges.

Fantastic experience. Got a 2026 Duster with only 36,000 km on it and Continental tires—car was in great shape. But seriously, I really don’t recommend driving in downtown Old Cairo. Just don’t drive there. Really, don’t.

Super convenient – as soon as you get off the train you can head inside the station, do the paperwork, grab the car parked just outside, do a quick check and you’re ready to hit the road.

Pickup and return were both really professional and efficient. At the end they pointed out a clear wear mark on one of the tires, which I agreed with. Luckily I’d bought the platform’s full coverage, so I just claimed it after I got home and everything was taken care of.

From Heathrow you need to head to bus stops 9 or 10 and catch the shuttle. It’s about a 30‑minute ride to the rental company with several stops along the way, so make sure you leave enough time when returning the car. The staff will try to upsell insurance or a higher car class, which adds extra costs – I said no and they didn’t push it. Roads in the UK are quite narrow and there are plenty of cars, so just drive carefully.

Probably because I’d already filled in everything by email, both pick-up and drop-off were super quick and easy. I didn’t get the exact model I booked, but they gave me one in the same category, so that was fine. The only real issue was the car was clearly not cleaned at all—the floor mats still had sand and dirt on them. It felt like they were basically forcing me to pay the extra €15 cleaning fee. Apart from that, everything was great.

They charge an extra 15 euros for car washing, but even with that, this company still works out cheaper than others. There’s no counter at Zagreb airport, and I had to wait around 40 minutes after landing before someone came to pick me up.

They got in touch with me in advance and were really thoughtful—my flight was delayed and they still waited for me right at the exit.

Excellent service. I bought full coverage and when something happened they handled it super fast, I didn’t have to pay a cent.

Service was excellent. One call and they came to pick us up, plus they offered free water and coffee. Way cheaper than the big rental chains and absolutely no sneaky upselling. Definitely a solid 5-star recommendation.
