Honestly exceeded my expectations. I’d been worried about hidden fees, but everything turned out super transparent, legit, and smooth from start to finish.

The pickup time was outside the store's regular hours, but I was pleasantly surprised to find someone at the counter helping out, and the wait wasn’t long.

Got a free upgrade to a brand-new Nissan Rogue, less than a year old. The car was in great condition, quick acceleration, fuel-efficient, and felt super reliable to drive. The rental counter was conveniently located right after exiting the airport, and just 50 meters to the right of the terminal is the designated parking area for all rental companies. Returning the car was just as easy—park it back at the same spot.

Got a spacious Kia, not sure of the model, but very satisfied—it fit three people, four large suitcases, and two small ones perfectly.

Hertz just hands you the keys without anyone checking the car condition with you, but they do email you detailed information about any scratches on the vehicle. Returning the car is easy too; you just drop the keys in the designated box at the drop-off location.

The line at the airport rental desk was quite long, but picking up the car was easy. I grabbed the keys and walked to the parking lot myself. Returning the car was pretty smooth too—just followed the signs to the designated return area, left the keys inside, and the staff simply let me go. Super convenient! I booked a Ford Focus but ended up with a Renault ARKANA. The car was in great condition, just 18,000km on it, and drove really smoothly. However, the in-car navigation was terrible—either the network was bad or the system itself had issues. The GPS stuck on one spot the whole time but still somehow kept prompting me to make random turns. In the end, I had to rely on my phone’s navigation app.

Once I found the document, they responded promptly to clear up the misunderstanding. I really appreciate their help! Picking up and returning the car was super convenient. The car itself was in great condition and had a navigation system that would even remind you when it’s time to signal or change lanes. It would also suggest taking a coffee break if needed.

When I returned the car, I rushed into the shop and simply said 'Return car please.' The staff immediately realized I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Without any hesitation, they told me not to unload my luggage and directly hopped in the car to drive me to the airport. The car return inspection took less than 10 seconds—fantastic service!

This car rental experience was the best I've ever had. Picking up the car was very convenient, and the company upgraded my rental to a Ford ESCAPE, which is a hybrid vehicle. The car was very new, extremely fuel-efficient, and a pleasure to drive. Returning the car was also very easy. I had rented the car for ten days but returned it a day earlier for other reasons. I had expected to be charged for all ten days, but to my surprise, I was only charged for nine days. What a delightful surprise!

There was a one-hour delay during car pickup, but fortunately, it didn't affect much. The car was in good condition, and the procedures were simple. On the last day, the tire had a slow leak. QEEQ customer service was very proactive in providing assistance, but the road assistance service in Germany was disappointing and very slow to respond. Both pickup and drop-off were at Frankfurt International Airport Terminal 2.

Booked for 6 a.m., arrived at 7 a.m. The first-time process requires entering personal information, which takes a bit longer, but rentals will be faster afterward.

They didn't have the Focus I wanted. At first, they gave me an MG4, which I declined. Then they offered a Jeep Avenger. I thought it was a sedan where I could hide luggage, but all the cars turned out to be hatchbacks. Thankfully, the trunk had a black cover so luggage inside wasn't visible from outside.

The service attitude was acceptable, but the vehicle's condition was not good. The engine oil warning light was on when picking up the car, indicating low oil levels. I had to buy and add oil at a gas station myself. During driving, the wheels often slipped, and the vehicle felt unstable.

Morning flights at Terminal 2 are limited, so there's not much waiting time. When picking up the car, they might try to sell you insurance. Just inform them that you've already purchased comprehensive coverage in your home country.

I personally think it's pretty good. They may inform you about the option to purchase insurance offline, but it's not mandatory.

The waiting time during peak hours is a bit long, and there is only one staff member at the regular counter, so you need to allocate about an hour for the process. However, the overall procedure is quite quick, with both the rental and return contracts sent directly via email. The staff mentioned that if you notice any issues with the car during pickup, take photos to record them and report back during the return process. The whole service is fairly professional. The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!
