They gave me a Hyundai, super new with just over 6,000 km on it. Drove beautifully, no issues at all. Really happy with it!

The parking lot is really poorly lit, it’s almost dark. The car already had damage on it—dents and scratches—but no one told us that when we picked it up. At first we thought we’d caused it ourselves, and only later, after carefully checking the pickup photos, did we realize the damage was already there. Honestly, there’s a real risk hidden in this process.

We originally booked a Camry but ended up with a Kia K4 instead, which was still in great shape with about 20,000 km on it. Pick-up and drop-off were really quick and easy, and the return lanes at Vancouver Airport are super clearly marked.

Couldn’t get the Niro hybrid we’d originally booked. They first told us only regular gas cars were available and offered a free upgrade, but in the end we just got a Camry hybrid anyway.

If you get into a minor scrape that doesn’t involve a third party, you can just report it online and you’re good to go.
