Great service!

Overall pretty satisfied. They share the rental counter with National, the car was in great condition and fairly new, just really underpowered.

Excellent service, really attentive and detail-oriented.

We paid for full coverage on site and they even upgraded us to a Nissan. It was super fuel-efficient and really easy to drive. The car only had 27,000 km on it, basically brand new, so the whole experience was great.

Absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely book through QEEQ again next time. I reserved a car that was less than six months old, and when I went to pick it up I was surprised to see a brand-new BYD — the BYD SEAL 6 DM-i Touring (called BYD SEAL 6 DM-i Touring in the European market in Italy). It’s a plug-in hybrid wagon with only 25 km on the clock, super smooth to drive and I absolutely loved it!

The rental company’s service was excellent—they really tried their best to coordinate everything and sort out any issues.

Overall pretty happy with the rental. The only downside is that the pickup location is a bit far from Florence. Some drivers in Tuscany go really fast, so you really need to stay alert and keep your distance.

We ran into a problem with the car halfway through the trip, but it was fixed really quickly!

I booked a manual but they upsold me to an automatic at pickup.

Local Italian rental company. You absolutely need your Chinese license, the little white booklet, plus notarization and Hague certification before you can pick up the car. The front desk staff speak English. They tried to upsell no-full-tank return and towing services, but I didn’t take any of that. Just took the paperwork, walked out of the train station, and picked up the car at the dedicated parking lot next door.

They gave us a free upgrade, but the car itself wasn’t great to drive, and because it was a bigger model, parking garages in Palermo ended up costing more.

Car was pretty new, whole process was quick and smooth.

Overall satisfied. The pickup office staff were a bit laid-back, but it didn’t really affect the rental experience.

Really impressed with this rental company – super friendly, fast, and straight to the point. The car was almost brand new, only about 1,000 km on it when I picked it up!

I’d seen so many horror stories about renting cars in Italy on Xiaohongshu that I was really nervous, but I still took a chance on this local company—and it ended up being a great experience in every way.

Pickup was just outside Verona airport on the left when you exit. I first tried to use an embassy-certified translation of my license, but the counter said they needed an IDP “white booklet” (not the Chinese one, but looks like they prefer the white booklet, plus translation + notarization + apostille). I pulled up the official explanation from the embassy website and asked to speak with the manager; after they checked and searched, they made an exception and let us take the car. We got a Citroën Aircross, basically brand new with just over 6,000 km. It had a rearview camera, lane/speed/collision warnings, wireless charging, etc. No spare tire but there was a tool kit. The rental car lot roads and exit are quite narrow, so be extra careful when driving out. They didn’t push any extras, just asked if we wanted Telepass at €25 per day, and reminded us the car only came with basic insurance from the rental company (we’d bought full coverage separately on the platform). We paid the one-way drop-off fee on the spot. Overall, everything went pretty smoothly.
