ZURICH AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Really good experience – they gave us a brand‑new car and even offered an upgrade to a bigger one. The location was easy to find too.

Really happy with this rental experience.

Great service.

Service was really nice, and they even gave me chocolates.

Big, reliable company.

Fuel consumption at 5.6 liters, one tank lasted through Friedrich, Bern, and Geneva.

The whole experience was super smooth from start to finish, and both the pickup and drop-off locations were really easy to find. The trunk was also nice and spacious—easily fit at least three 28-inch suitcases.

Super convenient.

Everything went smoothly and the car was in great condition.

My connecting flight was delayed and I arrived over 3 hours past my scheduled pickup time, but they still let me take the car without extra charges or canceling the booking. The staff were really friendly, and they even changed my drop-off location for free when I picked up the car. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Very satisfied.

Great service and really friendly staff, plus the car was practically brand new.

They ended up switching me last minute to a VW Golf 8R with about 90,000 km on it, but the car was actually in great condition and both pickup and return were really quick and hassle-free.

Really smooth car rental experience overall.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Really impressed with Hertz this time. They didn’t push any extra insurance at all, so the whole pickup process was super relaxed. Thanks for the great service! They even upgraded me for free to a brand‑new 2026 Mercedes Vito, latest model. Drives amazingly, tons of space in the trunk and really strong power.

Super fast service, really satisfied.

The wait in line was a bit long, but everything else was fine.

The pick-up and drop-off process was easy and efficient.

Super quick and straightforward, all the instructions were really clear.
