They overbooked, and ran out of cars . There was an hour long line to be told there were no cars, and to take the shuttle back to the airport with no further advice from Advantage.

Like: Best price on a minivan. Quick airport pickup and drop off. Had my car ready. Friendly staff. Easy to arrange for an extension of time. Clean and efficient.

On the contract, it says shuttle runs but it did not. I waited more than an hour and called the local office several times but no one answered. I called a representative she said she called the local office and said no shuttle is available. What a terrible is this.

The Thrifty counter was closed from my experience due to lack of employees. The sign sent us to the Dollar counter where there was one woman with 15 people ahead of me and the line grew to 20 behind me. It would have been better for Hertz to help out with my check-in as they had some employees standing around and they own Thrifty and Dollar. This is a fairly common short of help experience for me and just feel bad for the one person working.

Deceptive practices while up selling extra driver charge. Quoted $68 for our trip and charges $108, basically quoted for a week rate but we had reserved for 10 days....sleazy practice. Not a lot of money but terrible optics

Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Easy to pick up car. Shuttle from the airport was fast and efficient.

My only wish was that there wasn't a $30 fee for a 10-minute shuttle transport from SLC airport to the rental pickup location. But for three people traveling it was probably still cheaper than an Uber ride! Not a deal-breaker.

Counter staff was very friendly and check-in check-out was very quick. Highly recommend Rugged Rental!!

The counter staff was fantastic. Friendly, polite, efficient and proactive. Upon returning the car, they asked me if I need a ride to the airport or a hotel and graciously provide the ride back to my hotel. I will use their rental service whenever I am in Salt Lake City regardless of which provider has the best rate.
