Car was clean but quite a lot of scratches/dents in the car which is fine because the staff were all aware of it. Drop off was super quick. Thank you.
The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us.
After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.
Car was a Kia Sorento diesel auto. This was very comfortable and much smoother to drive than I expected.
Counter staff at Christchurch Downtown were very good.
The car return location at ZQN was closed due to lack of staff. They asked us to return the car in Hertz counter. We always missed our flight because of this.

Good and puntual service, though I would like the price drop protector to be more reactive.
Car has some slight damage but otherwise fine.
The Yaris is small as I expected but quite adequate for the two of us.
The engine is somewhat underpowered for an automatic and the gearbox had to change down a gear quite often.
Service very friendly.
EZU Duplicate charge my rental fee, after call to QEEQ customer service and EZU, got refund. But give me a bad experience and waste my time during travel.
Counter staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, and although the Nissan Tiida was in very poor bodily condition (held together with tape in a particular place), it actually went well enough, but I honestly do feel it is time this car was pensioned off!!!
They tried to charge me another full day because I picked the car up half an hour early. What rubbish!!
I didn't get a refund when I returned it 1.5 hours early.
Nice and friendly staff at Snap offices but out of hours pickup staff was very unhelpful. Unfortunately, no car seat was provided despite ringing to confirm the day before - a real pain when you arrive at 10pm. Drop off location in Queenstown was not updated either so chasing our tails before getting to the airport was also frustrating. Impossible to reach them on the phone without having to wait minimum 30 min. Probably wouldn't use them again.
