The car I was given was not what I booked and too small.

The guy who dealt with me when i went to collect the vehicle was friendly, efficient and courteous.

Staff at airport were very pleasant and efficient. There's a 5 minute walk from the terminal building to collect the car. Once given the keys I was on my way. Smooth, quick efficient process from start to finish.

Price Drop Protector I have used EVERY booking, but it's never kicked in. So it makes me wonder if it really works (or is it just that I've been lucky and always booked at the lowest price?).

The car at Keddys exceeded my expectations, the guy in the office was very efficient and pleasant. Totally nice experience. The drop off was just as pleasant.

the hire car did not come with a spare tyre ,or jack .if stranded with a flat tire .what are you suppose to do?.

All good, but the petrol was not full when received and had to return full to avoid conflicts later.

Great service, easy and smooth - just as it should be!

I have experienced Europcar before, they advertise a nice car and then usually offer a substantially lower model as the or similar e.g. this year I rented a Kashqai and got a Renault Kajar, last year a Merc E class and got a Volvo V90 and so on, I will try to avoid them in future as its an obvious sales tactic. I upgraded to a Merc C class that was good.

I booked for Mercedes Benz E class but I got C class. I should be getting the car of the similar class but got a lower class car. Except for getting the lower class car, the car itself was in very good condition and super clean. Staffs were helpful and kind though there were mistakes when returning the car ( I only drove 330 miles but the staff mistakenly calculated that I drove more than 1000 miles but it was corrected and sorted out fast. So no problem).

The Hertz premises at Newcastle station are in a very inconvenient location on the wrong side of the station and at the foot of a steep street. Hertz’s competitors have offices on the station forecourt and are much more accessible. I was pleased to get a better car than I expected.

Budget was fine, the only issue I had with Budget was the car completely smelled of smoke for the entire time I had it, if it wasn't for the fact it was all they had in my category I would have changed it.

Qeeq made an error and actually booked me in a lower category than what I paid for, this was however corrected at the Budget Car Rental Office with speaking to Qeeq over the phone, Qeek agreed to pay the extra charge to correct the category and I eventually claimed the money back with minimal effort from them a couple of weeks later. Very good 'instant' customer service from Qeeq on the phone.

Although not the car we booked, it was sufficient for our needs and very economical. Pick up and drop off was very easy, with online check-in.

Great platform. Good price for rental and insurance, bearing in mind my age. Will definitely book with you in the future.

Vehicle was very good. Communications with AVIS was very difficult (following picking up car). I wished to extend the period of hire with AVIS but this proved impossible as I was unable to contact the Newcastle airport branch via the telephone.

Excellent deal from Qeeq. Straight forward and satisfactory instructions and information.
