I declined their additional insurance on the vehicle because my Visa Platinum card covers all car rentals which I've used at any other car company in the past with no issues. I even printed out the car insurance policy from Visa on paper and showed it to the woman at the front counter and she refused to accept that I already had insurance. She refused to honor my reservation because I declined there additional $30 a day rental car insurance. ACO car rentals is a complete scam and should be out of business due to fraud. I was left stranded and had to take an Uber from Miami to Fort Lauderdale I am extremely unhappy.
Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations.
As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.
First car was high mileage and wouldn’t start the second morning due to bad battery. Jump started and returned car for a replacement which took a morning of our holiday
