Like: We got a better car than anticipated (5 door rather than 3). The lady serving us was very friendly. Just a bit confusing how it's in a corner of Hertz - not everyone would realise that's where you pick up from. They were very understanding about us picking up the car late.
Dislike: Couldn't get through on the phone for quite a while, which was stressful as we were worried we'd be charged for a late pick-up. When I rang Easy Rent Cars they were extremely unhelpful and just said to contact Firefly.

Thought we would be getting a corsa with air con but got a yaris with no air con. No return instructions and it took three attempts to find the return area as labelled hertz not firefly

It was fine and straightforward

The paperwork was processed quickly, and both the pick-up and drop-off were highly efficient. The service was excellent. Importantly, the deposit was refunded very quickly. Very satisfied.

A great upgrade ,so appreciated .Abit of anxiety due to yellow service alarm light being left on ,but reassured on contacting hertz & speaking to mechanics . If aware of the cars economy on fuel would have chosen to bring back full as only got just below half tank instead of empty & am on very tight budget as retired nurse !

Great service after the confirmation came through & I phoned hertz to confirm my booking ;am still a little wary of ' great deals ' on the internet ! Will definitely use your company again & have already recommended you !

Dislike: The length of time for pick up, and waiting at the offices whilst staff attending to other matters

Everything went great except for the fact of keeping such an amount of money blocked for so long

Chosen car size not available, offer a minibus! As only luxury cars available and they wanted me to pay more or wait an hour. Argued it out and they found me a car. Staff were very nice, but I was late for my meetings as a result of messing about with waiting for the car.

Having had a few nightmares renting cars in the past, Budget at Belfast Airport was a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly, it was easy to find both the desk and pick up location which is a short walk from the airport. Car was clean and size was as expected. There was no difficulties when I said we had our own insurance. The car was briefly checked over on return and the keys were returned without a problem

Like: Good valve and convenient rental.
Dislike: Nothing.

I didn't like having almost £200 taken from my bank for petrol that I didn't use and then being told it could take 7-10 days for my money to be put back into my account. It didn't take 7-10 days for you to take it. When the man checked the car and the tank was full itcould have been filled up ifneeded then and only the amount needed to fill the tank taken from the customers account.
