The car had mechanical problem. The cat vibrates non stop whenever the car go over 60 MPH. Told the return agent and they did nothing about it. , they didn’t even said they sorry for my experience.

Their service is absolutely the worse. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. You could only fit 2 small pieces of luggage. I paid an extra $300.00 to upgrade!!!!!!! The people at the desk are rude!!!!! This is especially true of the manager there!!!! We had a horrible experience!!!!!!!!

The car itself was not clean. It has dirt inside over the seats, the carpets were also dirty and so on. From the outside it was possible to observe mud rests over the body, it seem as it was cleaned really fast without taking care of the cleanning itself.

Like: I was prepared for the upsale and it never came. This was the best experience that I have ever had and it was actually less expensive than I thought it was going to be!
Dislike: The address was confusing, it looked like it was outside of the airport.
