About Europcar: 8.0 /10
Like: Friendly and fair staff. The rented car was clean and drove like new. No issues on pick up or return.
Dislike: It's not easy to find in that that there is no visible Europcar logo on the outside and the building out of which they operate has a number of entrances. It took somewhat longer to pick up of the car even after all paperwork has been done. The price on Easyrentcars wasn't inclusive of VAT.

The treatment was perfect, they provided higher class car than reserved, car is brand new nd very clean, the only problem the the deposit amount will take more 20 days to return, which is too much, traffic report can be received within 5 days max!!
