Der gebuchte Mietwagen in der gebuchten Klasse war nicht verfügbar. Wir haben 2 Stunden gewartet und mussten dann auf eine kleinere Alternative ausweichen. Ein Cashback für das kleinere Auto war bei HERTZ nicht möglich. Deshalb haben wir einen Claim über Qeeq eröffnet, der dann nach Wochen erfolgreich war.

Sehr behilflich in der Kommunikation mit HERTZ für das downgrade refund.

予約して行ったのに、レンタカーの場所に行ったら受付で手続きしてくれと言われ、かなりの荷物と小さな子供を抱えてわざわざフロントへ移動。 フロントはスタッフが2人しかいなく、かなり長蛇の列が出来ていた。レンタカーのために30分ほど待つといういきなりのロスタイム。予約の意味無い。 順番が回ってきたと思ったら保険どうするかと聞かれて、最低限のに入ってるので結構だと言っても伝わらない。 この保証が付いてないわよなどと言ってるんだろうけど、言葉の壁がある以上、何故それをインターネットで選択出来るようにしないのか？ 時間の無駄。予約したものは95ドルなのに最終的に230ドルになると言われ意味わからないし、高すぎる。 結構だと強く言ってどうにか120ドルになった。 貴重な時間を奪われ、言葉の壁がストレス。 このやり方ではレンタカーを利用したいと思えない。スムーズにするべき。予約から受取までのシステム自体に問題あると思う。チャイルドシートなんて最初からセッティングしていて欲しい。

The van wasn't available at the original pick up location. They ordered a Lyft for me and sent me to another location across the city that had a van. This delayed my trip by about an hour, but worked out ok. At the second location, I kept being told that I could not get the price of my Easyrentcar voucher, but I continued to say that I would not pay anything but the voucher price and eventually I was given it.

I was not given the contracted price at Hertz initially. I had a copy of my agreement. I kept being told, "I can not give you this price", but then they made good on it.
