Worst company i ever dealt with. Would never like to see there face again. Had to pay extra $25 for KM even though i booked 3500 km included in the booking.

Terrible service. Spent over 1.5 hours to pick up the car. Car was reserved for 9am and paid for, I went there at noon and still the car was not available. I had to drive with them to the pick up lot 15 minutes away to collect the car. On reaching there, the first car had a flat tire and they gave us another car. They also charged for extra KM when the booking page said 3500KM included. It was a terrible experience.

The car we got (Jeep) was much larger than the car we chose (Toyota). Although the size of the vehicle was not an issue for me, it did mean higher fuel costs. I'm not sure a vehicle the size I ordered was available. This could be an issue for others. There was no user manual in the car - we couldn't turn the internal lights off for a number of days until someone told us how. Even google couldn't help us (suggested taking the fuse out). However, the service from Routes was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

The best car rental experience. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Vehicles are always very good.
