I enjoy my experience with the vehicle and the service

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

First time used, excellent service, excellent value for money.

Lady attended me was so understanding and I think she provided good service. I forgot her name but I hope next time she attends me as well.

Customer service was terrible. The shuttles to get from the airport to the rental place were very full, so we had to wait a lot to just get to the rental location. Then, we had to wait even more there to get out our car. In addition, they made a mistake when preparing our car, so we were charged twice, although the fixed it in the end, it was an inconvenience.

The process to rent a car was seamless, however since Routes was not that good, I wish there was a better way to see what people have to say about rental companies before renting a car.
